This wine takes its name from the stream that runs through our valley, a lifeline for the local landscape. It connects the land and the sea — the Montnegre mountains and the Mediterranean.

  • Harvest and winemaking: Grapes are hand-selected during harvest and placed in 19 kg crates. The grapes are destemmed without crushing. Cold maceration for 48 hours, followed by a further 6 days at a controlled temperature of 24°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in autumn. The wine then rests for 6 months in stainless steel before bottling.
  • Grape varieties and vintage: 50% Cabernet, 30% Merlot and 20% Garnatxa Negra, 2023 vintage.
  • Production: 1,300 bottles.
  • Viticulture: Sustainable and regenerative, without toxic chemicals.
  • Soil type: Sauló (sandy-loam soil).
  • Alcohol content: 13.5% ABV.

Cherry-red in colour, with light-to-medium depth. An expressive yet light-bodied wine with good acidity, offering aromas of black and red fruit with spicy notes, a mineral touch and hints of Mediterranean herbs.
