Under Article 103 of Law 3\/2014 of 27 March amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made to the consumer\u2019s specifications or clearly personalised, or which by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, is exempt from the right of withdrawal. The product falls within the following exception: the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed when the sales contract was concluded, which cannot be delivered within thirty days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the organisation\u2019s control.
Returns The customer must return or deliver the product directly to Maresme Lliure i Vin\u00edcola SCP (VALLALTA VIN\u00cdCOLA), at C\/ Roman\u00ed s\/n, Can Batll\u00f3 \/ Mas Vallfogona, 08396 Sant Cebri\u00e0 de Vallalta (Barcelona), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen calendar days after formally exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the customer returns the product before the period expires. The customer is responsible for the return costs. Refunds Payments made by the customer will be refunded using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
