- Harvest and winemaking: Hand-selected grapes harvested into small crates weighing less than 19 kg. After 36 hours of must settling, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C in a 1,000-litre stainless-steel tank.
- Grape variety and vintage: 100% Merlot, 2024 vintage.
- Production: 750 bottles.
- Viticulture: Sustainable and regenerative, without toxic chemicals.
- Soil type: Sauló (sandy-loam soil).
- Alcohol content: 13% ABV.
A light-bodied wine with a reddish hue reminiscent of rosés from years gone by. Aromas of red fruit (cherries and raspberries) intertwine with an herbal, almost earthy note and a subtle hint of smoke, adding unexpected complexity. Fresh, easy-drinking and enjoyable on the palate, it is a wine for any occasion.
